JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is named in the first information report on the accusation that he along with others kidnapped informant's daughter but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the informant's daughter being major solemnized her marriage with co-accused Yogesh Das, who happens to be cousin brother of the petitioner. Moreover having more or less similar allegation, some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate Bench of this court. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.888 of 2016 (2) dt.11-01-2016 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Bhagalpur in connection with Kahalgaon P.S.Case No. 111 of 2015.
