On getting confidential information, a raid was conducted and during course thereof, seven persons were apprehended, while three managed to escape. During course of search, it is evident that from the possession of Sanjeev Kumar, Sikandar Yadav and Himanshu Kumar loaded fire-arms were recovered. Further, from the possession of Himanshu Charas weighing 500 grams was also recovered. From the remaining including the petitioner cartridges have been shown to be recovered.
