2. The petitioners apprehends their arrest in connection with Sigori P.S. Case No. 60 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 409, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, the petitioners took money from the informant to complete the work under Saat Nischay Yojna but instead of getting work done by themselves, they handed over the work to a private agency.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are the person of clean antecedent and have

In paragraph no. 8 of the bail petition it has been mentioned that the entire work of measurement has already been completed and the petitioner no. 1 has lodged a FIR against the accused persons which shows her complete innocence.
5.Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-V, Danapur in connection with Sigori P.S. Case No. 60 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Sudha/- U T
