2. The petitioners apprehends arrest in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No. 894 of 2023 instituted under Sections 379/411/120-B of the Indian Penal Code and u/ss 21/56 of the Bihar Minerals (Concession, Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation & Storage) Rules, 2019.

3. As per prosecution case, petitioners are being involved in the business of illegal mining of sand.

4. In view of the fact that the petitioners are doing business of illegal mining, in the opinion of the Court it is not a

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10652 of 2025(2) dt.28-03-2025 2/2 fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.

5. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.

6. If the petitioners surrenders within four weeks from today and pray for regular bail, the same shall be considered by the Court below in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the present order.
