The name of the petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused and it appears that except the aforesaid confessional statement as well as some criminal antecedent, there is nothing against the petitioner.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Dhangai P.S. Case No. 14 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Sri Dinkar Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Bhojpur at Ara.
