The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Puraini P.S. Case No. 12 of 2017, registered under Sections 30(a), 30(d) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The accusation is of recovery of one liter country made liquor kept in a gallon and apparatus used for preparation of country made liquor.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and in custody since 21.02.2017.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten
