JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 23-01-2019 The learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the issue involved in the present case can be resolved by the Hon'ble Chancellor since the matter pertains to the transfer of the petitioner from one college to another college, falling under different Universities.

Having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a proper representation before the Hon'ble Chancellor within a period of four weeks from today and the Hon'ble Chancellor shall take a final decision expeditiously.
