In the present case, the petitioner is seeking bail in Sessions Trial No. 1154 of 2019 arising out of Rani Talav P.S. Case No. 200 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR has been lodged by the son of the deceased stating therein that his father had been killed by some unknown person.

During investigation, it has come to light that the present petitioner has illicit relation with the wife of the informant and he has killed the victim in order to remove the obstacle which was coming in the way of the family. It appears

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. However, the trial court is directed to conclude the trial preferably within a period of one year from the date of restoration of normal court proceeding.
