JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-10-2022 Though the present writ petition was filed for grant of the benefits of 1st A.C.P. and 2nd A.C.P., however, the respondents have filed a counter affidavit, wherein it is stated that the petitioner has been granted the benefits of 1st A.C.P. and 2nd A.C.P. vide Memo No. 360 dated 28.09.2022, issued by the Superintending Engineer, Nirupan Anchal, Rajwanshi Nagar, Bihar, Patna, and it is stated that the same has been sent to the Treasury Officer, Patna Secretariat, Patna for payment. In such view of the matter, it is directed that the Treasury Officer, Patna Secretariat, Patna shall ensure that the benefits of 1st A.C.P. and 2nd A.C.P. as granted vide Memo No.
Patna High Court CWJC No.3131 of 2022(3) dt.17-10-2022 2/2 360 dated 28.09.2022, is paid to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today, failing which the Treasury Officer, Patna Secretariat, Patna shall not draw his salary. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
