The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Sanjhauli P.S. Case No. 131 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 308, 379, 506/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that on account of land dispute there is a case and a counter case. The injury sustained by the informant side is simple in nature. Petitioner and the informant are gotia.

Considering the totality of the fact and circumstances, the Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender within one month from today,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10898 of 2020(2) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj Rohtas in connection with Sanjhauli P.S. Case No. 131 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
