2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No. 92 of 2025, registered under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109(1), 303(2), 117(1) and 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. Seven criminals including the petitioner are said to have looted Rs. 1,00,000/- as cash from the informant and also brutally assaulted him. The criminals had used knife.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioner has one criminal antecedent and the petitioner is in custody since 09.12.2025.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that during

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11624 of 2026(3) dt.02-04-2026 2/2 investigation, it has come that the petitioner had committed loot of Rs. 1,00,000/- cash and given the knife blow on the forehead of the informant.

6. Considering the nature of allegation as alleged against the petitioner of committing loot from the informant, this application is dismissed.
