The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 107 of 2020 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is delay of five days in lodging the first information report. In view of the specific allegation against the petitioner that he has fired shot which hit the injured, it is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected.
