JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Although petitioners are said to have been caught on the spot by the police officials but no specific overt act has been attributed against these petitioners and it is alleged that a mob of more than 200 people attacked on hospital and assaulted the police officials.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties and also taking note of this that petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent and are languishing in jail custody since 21-11-2015, let the petitioners named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount
