This application has been filed for review of order dated 05.09.2016 passed by this Court in Civil Miscellaneous No.534 of 2016.

From perusal of the order under review, it appears that the civil miscellaneous application was dismissed by this Court on the ground that the application filed by the intervener was allowed by the trial court recording a finding that the intervener has purchased the property from the plaintiff-landlord. Thus, in my opinion, no case for review is made out. Accordingly, this review application is dismissed. (Mungeshwar Sahoo, J) Harish/- U
