Petitioners seek a direction for consideration and grant of pay scale as per their representation Annexure-16 series in terms of orders passed in respect of other similar claims. 3.
Since the application has been made before the
Patna High Court CWJC No.2979 of 2023(2) dt.24-07-2023 2/2 Chief Conservator of Forest (H.R.D.), Bihar (Respondent No.4), and is to be considered by the Respondent No.4 in accordance with law. The limited grievance of the petitioners is that the Respondent No.4 has not considered the same till date. Writ petition, therefore, need not be kept pending. 4.
The writ application is disposed of with direction to Respondent No.4 to consider the petitioners' claim as contained in Annexure-16 series and pass a reasoned and speaking order paying dues, if found admissible, within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
