2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Benipatti P.S. Case No. 204 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Section 96 of the BNS, 2023.`

3. As per allegation, all the FIR named accused persons including these petitioners have kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the victim has love and affection with the co-accused Vicky Kumar Das and he has solemnized marriage with her. It is further submitted that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10297 of 2025(4) dt.17-09-2025 2/2 petitioners are father and mother of the main accused Vicky Kumar Das and this is the reason, they are falsely implicated in the present case.

5. Learned APP for the State, on the other hand, opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Benipatti, District-Madhubani in connection with Benipatti P.S. Case No. 204 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C/ 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.
