Informant is said to have deposited huge amount in the account of the petitioner and other accused for making back door entry of service of his son but the informant's son did not get job and thereafter, informant filed complaint case which was converted into police case.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in Nabinagar P.S.
