This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act.

About eight liters liquor was recovered from the possession of two persons, including the petitioner. The petitioner has sated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 13.01.2017. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 16 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, or successor Court.
