JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 11-04-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the case of the petitioners is exactly similar to the case of the petitioner in C.W.J.C. No. 11202 of 2016 (Arjun Prasad Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.).

2. In the aforesaid case, a Bench of this Court vide judgment and order dated 29.05.2018, has directed the District Magistrate, Siwan to take appropriate steps, which was already initiated by him, to its logical conclusion and consider the case of the petitioner in a positive manner.

Under the aforesaid circumstances, this Court only deems it appropriate to direct the concerned respondent to look into the facts of the case of the petitioner as well as facts of the case of the petitioners of C.W.J.C. No. 11202 of 2016, referred to above, and if it is found that the case of the petitioner is covered by the aforesaid decision of this Court, the same benefit be given to the petitioner.

4. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
