The petitioner seeks bail in Chapra Mufassil P.S. Case No. 110 of 2017 registered under Sections 153A, 295A, 298 and 505 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 67 and 67A of the I.T. Act.
The petitioner is alleged to have created audio clips and he was sending to different persons in order to spread communal riot.
Leanred counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. There is nothing to show that the petitioner has sent any audio clip to any person. The petitioner is in jail since 29.03.2017. Considering the nature of allegation made against
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21105 of 2017 (2) dt.04-05-2017 2/2 the petitioner and that the petitioner has remained in jail for more than one month, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chapra, Saran in connection with Chapra Mufassil P.S. Case No. 110 of 2017.
