The petitioners seek bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 302, 34, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that earlier the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 14827 of 2015 but due to negligence of Pairvikar, their bail bonds were cancelled on 22.04.2016. Thereafter they voluntarily surrendered in the court below on 28.11.2016. This Court finds that the petitioners have sufficiently been punished for the latches on their part, therefore, let the
