Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Singheshwar P. S. Case no. 182 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 141,342,323,332, 353 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

On receiving information regarding the death of one Dilip Kumar Dinkar, it is alleged that the petitioners and six coaccused persons who have been named in the F.I.R., have led a mob of 100-150 unknown persons to protest such killing and have obstructed free flow of traffic on National Highways 106

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8656 of 2020(2) dt.05-03-2020 2/3 for 3-4 hours. They have also allegedly obstructed the informant and other police personnel from restoring normalcy. It is submitted by the petitioners' counsel that merely on suspicion the petitioners have been named in this case. They have no criminal antecedents and that the petitioners have no concern with the said Dilip Kumar Dinkar who has been killed. The learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioners before the court below, named above, within four (04) weeks from today, they shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the CJM, Madhepura, in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case no. 182 of 2019 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C. subject to the following conditions:- (i) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioners who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the petitioners.
