2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Islampur P.S Case No. 230 of 2024, arising out of Complaint Case No. 197(C) of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 452, 380, 323, 341, 354(B), 504 Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner along with co-accused have assaulted informant and others.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is next submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. From perusal of the F.I.R., impugned order and materials available on record it appears that there is two months delay in lodging the F.I.R without any plausible explanation. There are case and counter case between the parties. No firearm injury found, all injuries are caused by sharp cutting weapon.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the trial court within a period of six weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Islampur P.S Case No. 230 of 2024, arising out of Complaint Case No. 197(C) of 2024 subject to the condition laid down under Section 482(2) of B.N.S.S.
