It appears from perusal of impugned order that except confessional statement of co-accused as well as some criminal antecedent, there is nothing against the petitioner. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Adapur P.S. Case No. 14 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul at Motihari, Esat Champaran.
