The petitioner is in custody in connection with Complaint Case No. 11413 of 2014 for the offences under Sections 498A, 504 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 07.12.2018. He further submits that petitioner is the husband, earlier he was granted provisional anticipatory bail but due to attitude adopted by the opposite parties the dispute cannot be settled. He further submits that he is ready to abide that the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12720 of 2019(2) dt.01-03-2019 2/2 condition settled by this Court for his release. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Complaint Case No. 11413 of 2014. The Court below after releasing the petitioner shall refer the dispute between parties to District Mediation Center so that the dispute between husband and wife may be settled.
