JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 24-02-2020 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner wants correction of date of birth entered in the matriculation certificate issued by the Bihar School Examination Board in the year 1977.

After 43 years, the petitioner has become wise and wants correction in the date of birth because he is to retire on 29th February, 2020. For belatedly approaching this Court, the writ petition does not merit any consideration. This petitioner
