The statement of victim has been recorded u/S 164 of the Cr. P.C. in which, she stated that she was, forcibly, taken away by the petitioner. The victim is said to have kidnapped by the petitioner on 05-09-2015 and the first informant report was lodged on 16-09-2015 and on the very next day, i.e. 17-09-2015, the statement of victim was recorded u/S 164 of the Cr. P.C. Moreover, the victim has not made any complain of ill-behaviour at the hands of the petitioner.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.729 of 2016 (2) dt.08-01-2016 2/2 (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 200 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Sri Santosh Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Begusarai.
