JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-03-2019 The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to provide compassionate appointment to the petitioner herein in lieu of death of his father in harness while serving on the post of Panchayat Teacher on 10.02.2015. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed an application for providing compassionate appointment to the petitioner herein on

Patna High Court CWJC No.4708 of 2019(2) dt.12-03-2019 2/2 24.12.2018, but no action has been taken till date. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court deems it fit and proper to direct the District Magistrate, Saharsa to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate ground, if appropriate application has been made in the prescribed format, and pass a reasoned order within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
