The petitioner is accused in connection with Baroon P.S. Case No. 187 of 2016 registered under Sections 30(a) (c)(d)(e), 33 and 34(b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has been falsely implicated in the present case. The fact is that godown was given on rent and nothing has been recovered from the aforesaid place. He is in custody since 26.11.2016. Be that as it may, considering the facts and circumstances of the case and from materials available on record, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5305 of 2017 (2) dt.09-03-2017 2/2 bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Baroon P.S. Case No. 187 of 2016.
