Date of birth of the petitioner is entered in school certificate as 05.03.2003 vide certificate at Annexure-2. The date of occurrence is 25.09.2020. Hence, apparently, the petitioner was a juvenile on the date of occurrence. Therefore, no proceeding of the petitioner before regular Criminal Court would be maintainable.

Petitioner may approach the appropriate forum. With the aforesaid observation, this application for regular bail stands disposed off.
