2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and further Section 8/12 of POCSO act was added.

3. As per prosecution case, the petitioner has kidnapped the victim.

4. From perusal of the statement of the victim girl, it appears that she had herself gone with the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 11.12.2023.

5. Learned APP for the State as well as learned

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12528 of 2024(3) dt.18-04-2024 2/2 counsel for the informant both have vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge 6th -cum-Spl. Judge, POCSO, Banka, in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 814 of 2023.
