No. 167 of 2016.

In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is allowed with a direction to the respondents to grant similar benefits to the petitioners herein as has been granted to the petitioners of the aforesaid L.P.A. No. 167 of 2016. The entire exercise should be completed within a period of three months from today.
