The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Excise Complaint Case No.148 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 .

Allegation against the petitioner is about recovery of more than 100 ltrs. of liquor from the vehicle and the petitioner was arrested from there.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody for two months. There is no chance of tampering with the evidence.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge IInd, Banka in connection with Excise Complaint Case No.148 of 2019.

Accordingly, this application is allowed.
