Let the defect (s), as pointed out by the office, be removed within a period of four weeks from today. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 32 and 36 of the Bihar Prohibition and Amendment Excise Act, 2018. Allegation is of recovery of 1000 litre of liquor from a car.

Submission is that petitioner has no concern with the recovered liquor or the car. Petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and he is in custody since 28.10.2021. Considering the submission aforesaid, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10139 of 2022(2) dt.06-07-2022 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 1014 of 2021.
