The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Biraul P.S. Case No.114 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 379 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code besides Sections 3(i)(x) of the SC/ST Act, pending in the court of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Biraul, Darbhanga. Earlier, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail was rejected by this Court on 14.10.2015 vide Cr. Misc. No. 43451 of 2015.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3389 of 2016 (2) dt.27-01-2016 2/2 dispute has been settled between the parties and informant has filed compromise petition in the trial Court. I find no ground to reconsider the prayer of the petitioners for grant of anticipatory bail. Hence their prayer for grant of anticipatory bail is hereby again rejected.
