This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Special Case No.10314 of 2018 arising out of Hathidah P.S.case No.82 of 2018 for the offences under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Excise Prohibition and Amendment Act.. There is recovery of 1074.600 ltrs. of liquor from the pick up van and the name of the petitioner was disclosed by the co-accused and further it appears that the petitioner is accused in four other cases of similar nature. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that except the confession there is nothing against him and the co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

Having heard both sides and considering the above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage, however, once the charge has been framed in this case, petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail. With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
