JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Complaint Case No. 114 of 2015, disclosing offences under Sections 420, 147, 323 and 341 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the allegations made against these petitioners in the complaint case are purely civil in nature where the petitioner no. 1 is the vendee and petitioner no. 3 is the vendor of the transacted land. Petitioner no. 2 is the husband of petitioner no. 1.

Since this application for anticipatory bail arises

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2442 of 2016 (2) dt.18-01-2016 2/2 out of a complaint case, it is being disposed of in terms of the decision of this case in case of Salim Ansari @ Md. Salim Ansari & Ors. Vs. The State of Bihar & Anr. reported in 2015(3) BBCJ V-53. If the petitioners apply for grant of bail in terms of the decision of this Court in the case of Salim Ansari @ Md. Salim Ansari & Ors. Vs. The State of Bihar & Anr. reported in 2015(3) BBCJ V-53, the application shall be disposed of on the same date. This application stands disposed of with the observation as above.
