In the present appeal, a prayer has been made to grant bail to the appellant during the pendency of this appeal. From the records, it appears that the dispute relates to the agnates in connection with the land. Specific allegation against Suryakant Jha is to have caused to injury to the informant and his family members. During trial, altogether six witnesses have been examined and after consideration of the evidence on record, the court below has found the charges proved against the appellant and he has been sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for five years with fine. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case as well as period of custody, let the sentence, imposed upon the appellant, be suspended and he be released on bail, during the pendency of this appeal, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-VIII, Madhubani in connection with Sessions Trial No. 503 of 2006 arising out of Pandaul P.S.
