Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jairampur P.S. Case No. 33 of 2019 registered under sections 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. From perusal of the allegations levelled together with the statement of the victim under section 164 Cr.P.C., the prosecution case appears to be false and concocted. Petitioner is a student and is in custody since 22.12.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8702 of 2020(2) dt.14-02-2020 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sheikhpura in connection with Jairampur P.S. Case No. 33 of 2019.
