The Petitioner seeks bail in C.B. Case No.70 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a), 47 of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016.

It has been submitted that the petitioner was merely labourer in the godown of Anil Kumar Gupta, where the alleged foreign liquor were unloaded from the truck.

It has been submitted that petitioner is in custody since 23.10.2016 having no criminal antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the Petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial
