2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 779 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 406, 420, 384, 504, 323, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner had given advance to the informant and subsequently, the informant has resiled from transferring the land and because of which this case has been filed as has been submitted by the petitioner.

4. Seeing the FIR, this Court is also of the view that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case.

5. The petitioner is in jail since 20.10.2023.

6. In view of the above, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 779 of 2023.
