The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kursela P.S. Case No. 130 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406,419 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is of duping the informant of Rs. 36,000/-.

Learned counsel for the petitioner with reference to the F.I.R. submits that except for oral allegation there is no evidence to support the same as would reflect from the F.I.R. itself. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the submissions, let the petitioner namely, Raju Jaiswal @ Rajesh Kumar be released on bail on furnishing bail
