Petitioner happens to be the husband of the deceased who committed suicide along with her children. The informant, being relative of the deceased, lodged the present case but admittedly, in his written report, he admitted that petitioner was suffering from epilepsy and his mental condition was not fit and due to the aforesaid reason, deceased committed suicide. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of J.M.
