The petitioner seeks bail in Jalalgarh P.S. Case No. 15/2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

04 litres of country-made liquor is said to have been recovered from the dickey of motorcycle of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 15.02.2017. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than two months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/- (five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate,
