The present writ petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief/s:- "That this writ application is being filed for issuance of appropriate writ or order or direction to the respondents to acquire the land described in para No. 3 of this application and pay compensation according to law as the respondents have already made construction over the land."

4. Learned Senior counsel for the petitioners submit that they shall be approaching the respondent No. 9, the District Land Acquisition Officer, Lakhisarai within four weeks.

5. Learned State counsel submits that in case such petition is preferred, the same shall be taken to its logical conclusion.

6. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the writ petition stands disposed of allowing the petitioner to approach the respondent No. 09, the District Land Acquisition Officer, Lakhisarai within four weeks and in that case, he is duty bound to take the matter to its logical conclusion in next six months.
