JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-03-2016 Heard learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioners, and the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, appearing on behalf of the State.

This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Govindpur P.S. Case No. 87/2015, disclosing offences under sections 341, 323, 307, 147, 148, 504 and 302 of the Indian penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that since the petitioners are ladies, there is no chance that they would be fleeing from the course of justice or tampering with the evidence. He further submits, referring to the First Information Report, that the allegations against these petitioners are general and omnibus. He also submits that the other co-accused persons have been granted

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4181 of 2016 (3) dt.04-03-2016 anticipatory bail by this Court's order dated 18.1.2016 and 22.1.2016 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 1883.2016 and 1248/2016 respectively.

Considering the submissions as above, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioners, abovenamed, in the event of their arrest/ surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in Govindpur P.S.Case No. 87/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

This is subject to the condition that the petitioners shall present themselves before the police/ court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on their part to appear before the court on two consecutive occasions, their bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
