The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 834 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 324, 323, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the accused persons having assaulted the informant and his son.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent, no specific allegation of overt act has been levelled against her and she is having a fair antecedent except being accused in one case in which she is on bail. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8925 of 2020(2) dt.29-02-2020 2/2 already been granted bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 29.02.2020 in Cr. Misc. No. 9218 of 2020. Shri Mishra, learned counsel appearing for the informant submits that the matter has been compromised and he is not opposing the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, I deem it fit and proper to direct for release of the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from today, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Sub Judge-1st Cum A.C.J.M., Patna in connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 834 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
