JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 06-03-2019 Writ petition has been filed seeking benefits under the 2nd and 3rd ACP which the petitioner claims to have been denied from the year 1996 or due date.
The State counsel submits that it is his instruction that for want of ACR of the petitioner, the claim was pending consideration before the authorities.
In view of the said position, this Court would observe that inordinate delay in consideration of such claim is highly undesirable. The respondent no. 4 is therefore, directed to take a
Patna High Court CWJC No.2588 of 2016 dt.06-03-2019 2/2 final decision in respect of the petitioner's claim after obtaining the requisite ACR from the concern officials and take a decision in respect of the petitioner's claim expeditiously and positively within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
