This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for quashing the F.I.R. of Shahpur P.S. Case No. 119 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 406 of 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the law laid down by the Supreme Court in the case of State of Bihar and Another Vs P.P. Sharma, I.A.S. and Another 1992 Supp (1) SCC , this application cannot be entertained.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file all documents in support of his innocence Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna and to the S.H.O., Shahpur Police Station through speed post.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11215 of 2023(2) dt.23-02-2023 2/2 The S.H.O. of Shahpur Police Station will be obliged to verify the genuineness of all the documents before submitting the charge-sheet / final form in the present case. A copy of this order will be annexed with the application through which the documents will be sent to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna and S.H.O., Shahpur Police Station.

With the aforesaid directions, this application is dismissed.
