The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case is of killing the daughter of the informant within one year of marriage for nonfulfillment of dowry demand. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has not related to the in-laws of the victim. Statement to that effect has been made in para 8 of the petition which reds as follows:- "That it is relevant to state that the petitioner is no where related to in-laws of the deceased rather he is neighbour of deceased in-laws."
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3595 of 2016 (2) dt.22-01-2016 Considering the fact that accusation is omnibus and general and the claim of the petitioner that he is not related to the husband of the victim, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sri Santosh Kumar Jha, J.M., Ist Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Kudhani (Turki) P.S.
